Welcome

A very warm welcome to our school. I am delighted to introduce you to our website and hope you enjoy discovering all about our school. Arthur Bugler Primary is a friendly community school where the Osborne Cooperative Academy Trust core values of: Self-help, Self-Responsibility, Democracy, Solidarity, Equity and Equality are upheld, and every child is valued, nurtured, and given the opportunity to develop as an individual.

I believe that every child can achieve their potential if they are happy, secure and have ownership of what they learn in the right learning conditions. I want children to be inspired to achieve their very best, allowing them to grow into independent, hard-working, confident and resilient learners.

Being an educator is a privilege and a great responsibility. My great team are aware of this and work hard in partnership to ensure that every child is prepared to meet their life challenges and to be the very best that they can be. We offer a well-resourced learning environment, dedicated staff, a creative, enriched curriculum, of which pupils have ownership, and lots of fun whilst learning!

I truly believe that Parents/Carers should work in partnership with the school for every child to achieve their potential. We value the support of our active Parent Teacher Association, a group of parent/carers who work very hard to raise extra funding for our pupils to enjoy additional opportunities.

I anticipate this website will be a useful source of information for those of you who already know Arthur Bugler Primary well; for those of you who don't, I hope it will help you begin to scratch the surface of what makes our school special.
